Ericsson Campus: 8400, 8300, 8500 Decarie Boulevard

Starting in the 1980s, Triad renovated and extended this building on Decarie Boulevard for Ericsson Communications, and then went to develop and Manage Ericsson’s entire corporate campus in Montreal including several other new office towers. This half million square foot mixed-use complex has won acclaim for the quality of its construction, boldness of design and ease of economy of use.

4700 / 4710 Saint Ambroise

Formerly Simmons Company’s mattress factory, and currently artist’s lofts, Complexe du Canal Lachine was built around 1919. Located on the banks of the canal, near the Atwater Market, the building covers an area of over 300,000 square feet.

6500 Transcanada

Completed in 2011, the state-of-the-art office complex totaling 111,515 square feet was built to an exceptional technical standard and quality. The Property is leased to an outstanding roster of tenants, which includes the Government of Canada, Investors Group, Bank of Montréal, BDC, Regus, and TD Canada Trust. The six story, Class ‘A’ office building is located at the intersection of Saint-Jean Boulevard, providing outstanding visibility and access to the West Island market and beyond.

10/12/18 Place Triade (IGA & Pharmaprix)

In 2008, this land was purchased vacant and later developed an IGA/ Pharmaprix and Health offices at the corner of St. Jean blvd and Holiday.

7500 St Patrick

The building and land was purchased as a contaminated site, this building/land was then decontaminated and was then refurbished and then sold.

1415/1375 32nd Avenue

In the early 1990s, this land was bought and developed on 32nd avenue in the Borough of Lachine. It was then leased and constructed into a new small industrial park.
