Description
This property, which is 30 minutes for the heart of downtown Ottawa, is one of Triad’s “Built to suit” projects for the Canadian Telecommunications Powerhouse Bell Canada. Demonstrating the attention to detail as well as Triad’s approach to relationships with tenants, the building was adapted to the meet the custom specifications requested by the tenant. Working together with Bell Canada, Triad customized the space to ensure a comfortable transition into their “space” that meets their growing needs for years to come.
